Mobility Lifter LLC Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Liftkar PT, we’ll gladly give you a refund, less costs for freight plus a 20% restocking fee for unopened boxes and a 30% restocking fee for opened boxes, based on Suggested Retail Price of unit within 3 days from the original shipping date. Exclusions may apply. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include all packing material, manuals, and accessories.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
The contract term shall be stated on the day of training. The term of this agreement shall be for a minimum of 90 days and customer agrees to fulfill the obligations of this Agreement. NO REFUNDS will be made for rental returns prior to the end of the 90-day period. Rental units must be returned in same packaging and checked by our approved shipper. Customers will be responsible for any damages to the product if our shipper did not approve shipment.
